Hi, I’m Mihaela, founder of Value Chain Architects.

I started VCA because supply chain transformations fail people — not the other way around. Based in the UAE, with a foot in the Netherlands, I’ve spent 15 years helping global manufacturing organizations transform the way they plan.

What drives me is the human side — training, mentoring and building teams that perform under pressure. Outside of work, you’ll find me on my bike, with a good espresso, or watching my two little humans grow up too fast.
